All pieces purchased from Jessie Harris have been hand crafted to order for you with care and love

Please read below for all information regarding our shop, shipping and returns policies.

By making a purchase from Jessie Harris, you are accepting an agreement to comply with these terms and conditions.  It is important that the below information has been read and understood before making a purchase.

Production & Dispatch Times

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we ask that you allow up to 14 working days for production prior to dispatch.

If you require a piece more quickly than our outlined times, please don't hesitate get in touch here to enquire and we will do our best to accommodate.

If large orders are placed, pieces can be shipped in batches when ready if necessary.

Items will be shipped once payment for the order has cleared.

 

Shipping

All orders worldwide are shipped via Royal Mail.  They will require a signature upon delivery and will be insured up to the full value of the order.

Please note - the shipping times specified below do not include production time (please see above for more information)

 

Orders Within The UK

Royal Mail Special Delivery

All of our UK orders are shipped via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, which guarantees next day delivery before 1pm for valuable items.  All orders are fully trackable and will require a signature upon delivery.  

Same Day Delivery

If you require delivery immediately and the desired piece is in stock we may be able to arrange same day delivery to you via courier.  This service applies to London addresses only.  Please contact us here prior to ordering should you wish to arrange this service. Rates for this service may vary.

Collection In Person

If convenient for you, we can arrange for you to collect your piece in person from The Goldsmiths’ Centre.  We can also provide a code to enter at the checkout to remove the shipping fees.  To arrange a time and date for collection, please contact us prior to placing your order.

 

Orders Within The EU

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

All of our orders to the EU are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. This service aims to deliver within 3-5 working days.

Express Delivery

If you require faster delivery and the ordered piece is in stock we may be able to arrange express delivery to you via a private courier.  Please contact us here should you wish to arrange this service within the EU. Rates and delivery times for this service may vary.

 

Orders To The Rest Of The World

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

All of our orders to the countries outside of the EU are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. This service aims to deliver within 5-7 working days. All orders are trackable in the UK and will require a signature upon delivery.  This service is £12.25 plus £1 for each additional item.

Express Delivery

If you require faster delivery and the ordered piece is in stock we may be able to arrange express delivery to you via a private courier.  Please contact us here should you wish to arrange this service outside of the EU. Rates and delivery times for this service may vary.

UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT POST TO PO BOX ADDRESSES

Loss and damage compensation is covered in the postage and package fee and can be refunded if necessary.

 

Lost & Delayed Orders

On the rare occurrence that your order has has been been lost or delayed, please don't hesitate to contact us.  

Upon dispatch of your order, you will be provided with a Royal Mail unique tracking code which will enable you to contact Royal Mail for further information. 

When orders are shipped internationally, they will often be handled by more than one postal service. When posting orders internationally, the delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are delivered to. Sometimes, delays may be due to customs checks, which may take up to 1-2 weeks.

We highly recommend providing us with your home address for us to post to.  When deliveries are made to places of work, your order may be signed for by a colleague or post room.  Using the tracking code you will be able to view the name and the signature of the signee but this reason once an order has been signed for we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

 

Payment

Payment is accepted on the website securely via Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and Discover

Please note that any duties or taxes incurred after shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please don't hesitate to contact us here.  

As each piece of Jessie Harris jewellery is handmade with care and love to order, we cannot offer a refund on a piece unless it is found to be faulty.  

In certain circumstances we may be able to offer an exchange for another piece.  To enquire, please get in touch here.

 

Packaging

For each order we ensure that your jewellery is packaged to arrive safely, in perfect condition.  

Jessie harris pieces come wrapped in their own storage box or pouch within a postage box and envelope.

 

Agreement

The terms and conditions listed above as well as additional information on our FAQ and Terms & Conditions pages form the entire agreement between us Jessie Harris and you, the customer.
